Harihar Alloys Private Limited entered the Foundry industry in 1995 and was then known as Harihar Alloy Castings Private Limited, with the goal of providing high quality alloy castings. The company was founded with one plant on the outskirts of Trichy, India. To meet the growing business demand, the company expanded its facilities by establishing additional units and ventured into Forging process.

The company is currently serving clients spanning three continents and is capable of producing 8000 tons of Steel Castings per annum and 9000 tons of Forgings per annum.

In 2011, Harihar Alloys setup an in-house Machine shop to handle the machining requirements of customers. This setup allows the company to assume single source of responsibility, which results in better control of the manufacturing process as well as reducing the overall lead time for the order.

Our IMS is designed to meet the requirements of following, ISO 9001, API Q1, API 20C, ISO 14001, ISO 45001:2018, IBR and PED 2014 / 68 / EU. To Continually Implement and Improve our IMS of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety through development of Plan - Do - Check - Act as a way of work to provide Quality Products to satisfy our customers.

Harihar Alloys Private Limited is committed to ensure " Conflict Minerals" that originating from Democratic Republic Of Congo (DRC) and surrounding countries are not used for manufacturing of products. The conflict minerals refer to Tungsten, Tin, Tantalum and Gold originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo and Adjoining Countries, the extraction and trade of which are directly and indirectly assisting armed groups and considered to be sources of financing of the conflicts in that area. We will work with our Suppliers to develop due deligence to ensure effective compliance for the above.
