Harihar Forging is a part of the $ 50 Million Harihar Group of Companies that has diverse interest in Alloy Castings, Investment & Finance, Realty, and Information Technologies.

The group has 2 foundries, manufacturing steel and alloy steel castings, required by the valve industry. The capacity of our steel foundries is 8500 tonnes per year.

As part of our expansion plans, we have set up the Forging Unit “Harihar Forging Pvt. Ltd”, with a capital outlay of Rs.15 crores [$ 4 Millions]. This manufacturing facility is just about 20 Kms from Trichy Town, one of the major industrial cities of Tamilnadu, India.

Most of the valve manufactures in India, like BHEL, KSB pumps, Audco India are our customers. For steel castings, our International Clientele includes names like Valve Works – USA, Hender Shot – USA, Vetco Grey – USA, Mokveld – Netherlands, and Peter Smith - UK.

The Forging unit has adequate infrastructure with a 5 Ton and 10 Ton Air Drop Power Hammers and Trimming Presses imported from Russia. State-of-the-art heat treatment facilities have been set up for Annealing, Normalizing, Hardening, and Tempering, and comply with International Standards.

The unit has the capability to manufacture single piece Forged Components, weighing from 15kgs - 300kgs, as per Customer's specific Drawings.
